NextGen Ministries is an Atlantic Conference initiative based on the belief that leadership development opportunities can provide young adults tools to grow, learn, and gain ministry experience as they seek to pursue God’s call on their lives. Through trainings, events, and paid internships, we seek to do just that.
Our mission is to develop mature and confident young leaders through mentoring and hands-on ministry in local churches. We desire churches and young adults to be impacted by this initiative and invite anyone with a passion or interest in next-generation Kingdom building to join us!
